Refund policy

We are proud to offer beautiful, high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchases from Mosaiame. In most cases you may return unused items in their original packaging upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us at hello@mosaiame.co.nz to explain why you are not satisfied.

Refunds
In the case of a change of mind return, please note that Mosaiame will have to receive the item to determine it is in original condition prior to any refund being made to the purchaser. If the goods are damaged or used, Mosaiame reserves the right to refuse a refund. The cost of postage back to Mosaiame is at the purchaser’s expense. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you choose carefully.

Damaged packaging may incur a replacement fee. Returns of online purchases may be made by post.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
